PINEAPPLE SUNDAE
Take a litre of milk. Combine four tbsp 0f Brown & Polson custard powder in ¼ cup of chill milk a paste. Carry the rest of the milk to a simmer with three tablespoons of sugar. Lessen the warm and carry on rousing. At what time it is a honey-like reliability, add five drops of pineapple essence and get it off the fire. Let it cold. Assemble some pineapple discs in a sundae dish a and gradually pour the fat custard over it. Keep cold for an hour; decorate with cherries and hazelnuts or walnuts. Dish up.
